EYE Movement Desensitization and reprocessing (emdr)

EMDR helps people process the pain they have been carrying in a way that they were incapable of doing when their traumas were initially experienced. It allows an individual to find peace with emotions, physical sensations, and negative self-beliefs.

 

Acceptance and commitment therapy (act)

This method helps people to reveal the life values that are most important to them. It then leads them to take committed action toward these values. ACT draws upon the power of mindfulness, as clients explore their inner worlds from a place of self-compassion.
